We may edit, reformat, categorize, summarize, moderate, decline, delay, or remove submitted content at our discretion. Publication is not guaranteed merely because content is submitted.

4. License You Grant to Us

By submitting content to CMODiscovery.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and promote that content in connection with operating and marketing the service. This includes the right to display your submission on listing pages, launch pages, category pages, comparison pages, demo pages, internal dashboards, search indexes, feeds, and related promotional surfaces.

You retain ownership of your original content, subject to the license above and any rights required for us to operate the service.

5. Editorial Discretion and Platform Integrity

We may organize, rank, feature, compare, or remove listings based on editorial judgment, product relevance, moderation standards, data quality, sponsorship arrangements, platform integrity requirements, or technical constraints. Nothing in these terms obligates us to keep any listing, launch page, or profile live indefinitely.

6. Payments, Promotions, and Sponsored Placement

Some parts of the service may involve paid upgrades, promotional placements, sponsorships, or advertising. If you purchase a paid offering, you agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay the stated charges. Sponsored placement does not create ownership over the platform, category pages, rankings, or other site features unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise, fees paid for digital placement, sponsorship, or promotional services are generally non-refundable once the service has started or the placement has been provisioned.
